Tofu Chantilly

1/2 cup of silken tofu
2 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tbsp of nut oil
1 drop of vanilla extract
a pinch of cinnamon

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Let it chill in the fridge for twenty minutes before serving.
