Kiwi and mint jelly


(for two greedy birds)
4 kiwis
2 mint leaves
1/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of agave syrup
1g of agar-agar

Blend the kiwis and the mint.
In a pan bring the water and the agave syrup to a boil.
Add the agar-agar and whisk.
Add the kiwi and mint batter whisk on medium heat for a minute.
Pour into two little glasses and let it set in the fridge for twenty minutes.
