2 cup of sauerkraut
2 cups of water (you can do 1 1/2 of water 1/2 of Alsatian wine)
In a large saucepan, put the sauerkraut with 3 cups of water to cook over medium heat under cover.
Mince the onion.
In a frying pan heat the oil and cook the onions until the onions are gold.
Add onion to the cooking sauerkraut.
Cook the sauerkraut until all the water is absorbed.
