2 vegan sausages
2 cup peas (I used frozen ones but when season fresh ones are better)
4 cups of tomato sauce (I used a frozen batch)
2 cups of vegetarian stock
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 tbsp of parsley (frozen or when season prefer fresh)
Mince the onion and slice the sausages.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil, the spices and add the onion.
After a minute, add the sausages and cook until the onion are golden.
Add the tomato sauce and the stock to the pan.
After a minute add the peas and heat until they are hot and cooked.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
