1/4 apple granny
1 little pear
1 tomato peeled
5 mirabelles (small yellow plum)
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp water
Juice the oranges.
In a pan, heat the sugar with the water.
When it starts to caramelise, add the juice of the oranges.
When homogeneous pour the sauce in a bowl to cool in a fridge.
Peel the carrot and peel the rest of the carrot into fine slices (I used a peeler but prefer a mandolin)
Peel the tomato after plunging it for 30s in boiling water and then into iced water.
Cut in cubes the watermelon, melon, pear, apple and tomato.
Unseed the mirabelles.
Serve with three tbsp of sauce and granola.
