Potatoes and mushrooms sauté


(for two)
2 potatoes (or 4 small ones)
4 mushrooms
1/2 onion (red one)
1 tbsp of Provençal herbs
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of merken (gives the smoken taste)
salt, pepper

Peel the mushrooms and slice.
Peel the potatoes and dice.
Peel and mince the onion.
Heat a deep frying pan, wih 1 tbsp of oil.
When hot, sauté the onions until gold.
Add the potato dices.
Cook over medium heat under cover for ten minutes.
Stir gently.
Add the mushrooms, the lemon and the herbs.
Cook over medium heat under cover for ten minutes.
Stir gently to make sure nothing burns.
Let it cook uncovered for a few minutes until the potatoes are ready and golden.
Serve.
