1 tbsp of corn flour
1 tbsp of soya sauce
2 tbsp of cane sugar
3 tbsp of red wine
3 tbsp of a freshly juiced orange
2 tbsp of concentrated tomato sauce
2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
4 tbsp of water
Miw the corn flour, the sugar with the water.
Add the soya sauce, the orange juice, the wine and the tomato sauce and mix.
Bring to boiling point in a saucepan and then let it simmer for two minutes until the sauce gets thicker.
Serve topped with sesame seeds.
Tip: it is a sauce which is great on pan fried bok choi.
