Bechamel peas


1 cup of peas
2 cups of bechamel made with soya milk and margarine
salt, pepper

Bring 2 cups of water to boiling point.
Add the peas and let it set for two minutes.
Sieve.
Prepare the bechamel. Add the salt and pepper.
Gently mix in the peas.
Serve.
