4 1/2 tbsp of arrow-root
6 tbsp of water
1 cup of margarine
1 1/2 cup of cane sugar
2 drops of vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of nondairy sweet chocolate chip
1 cup of chopped nuts
Mix the water and the arrow-root.
In a large bowl cream the butter the sugar and the vanilla extract.
Add the water with the arrow-root.
In another the bowl mix the flour, the salt, the baking soda.
Combine both mixture until it forms a dough.
Add the chocolate chips and the nuts.
With a spoon form the cookies on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/350°F for ten minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
