(for two servings)
1/4 red cabbage
1 cup of fresh peas
1 tsp of curcuma
1 tsp of grated fresh ginger
1 tsp of chilli powder
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 little chilli pepper smashed
2 tsp of lemon juice or cider vinegar
1 tsp of sugar
Cut the cabbage in really fine slices.
Heat the oil with the mustard seeds, the cumin and the chilli pepper.
Add the peas to the oil and let it seize.
Add the grated ginger, the salt, and the curcuma, then the cabbage.
Stir and let cook at medium heat.
When cooked (20 minutes later) add to the lemon and the sugar to the pan. Stir.
Add the coriander before serving.
