Fried Jerusalem artichokes


(for two)
250g Jerusalem artichokes
1 litre of oil
salt, pepper

Peel the Jerusalem artichokes.
Deep fry the the artichokes in oil at 180°C for eight minutes until gold.
Set aside in some kitchen paper to absorb the excess of oil.
Serve with salt and pepper.
