1 cup of red fruit mix
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 g agar-agar
Gently mix the sugar to the red fruits.
Let it aside for at least two hours.
Sieve the fruits, and put the juice aside in a pan.
Bring the juices to boiling point and add the agar-agar.
Add the fruits and let it cook for one more minute.
Delay the fruit jelly in some pots.
Let the jelly set for 20 miinutes in the fridge.
