1 litre of water
1/2 cup of salt
1 egg (or more I do them one at a time)
Bring the water to boiling point.
Add the salt (it should not bubble any more).
Break the egg shell and set the egg in a ladle.
Gently put the ladle in the water and delay the egg.
Wait until the white is cooked and sieve it out.
Serve with salt and pepper.
