2 tsp of ginger finely grounded
2 tsp of yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp of water
In a cup mix the ingredients cover with a cloth and let it set.
The next day, and each day during one week, add to the mixture:
1 tsp of sugar.
The last day, add 1 tbsp of sugar and put the mixture in a one litre bottle and complete with water.
Seal the bottle.
Open in the evening.
Beware: this is a fermented beverage which is fizzy, be cautious that the bottle doesn’t explode.
