(for 1 greedy person)
1 cup of oat flakes
2 cup of milk (ordinary, soya milk, almond milk or rice milk)
1 to 2 tbsp of brown sugar or apple concentrated juice, or honey
1/4 apple sliced very finely
1 pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup of sultanas,
1/2 cup of nuts.
In a pan cook the oat flakes and the milk over medium heat for 6 minutes.
Add the sugar and the pinch of cinnamon (and the sultanas and nuts).
Cook for 5 more minutes it should become thick.
Delay the porridge in a bowl and place the apple slices on top with a little tbsp of apple concentrate on top.
