Terrific vegan pie

Pulse ingredients
1 cup of red beans
4 cups of water
2 tbsp of soya sauce

Dough ingredients

1 1/2 cups of oat flakes
1/2 cup of oil
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of water
salt, pepper

Vegetable ingredients
2 potatoes chopped in chunked
2 carrots
1/2 cauliflower

1 cup of pine nut
1 tbsp of broth powder
1 tsp of wasabi

1 1/2 onions
2 tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of potato starch
1 tbsp of flour
4 cups of water
1 tsp of broth powder
1 tsp of wasabi

Soak the red beans overnight and cook with the water and the soya until tender.
Sieve and set aside.

Peel and chop the potatoes and the carrots.
Cut in chunks the cauliflower.
Cook these ingredients (cauliflower, potato and carrots) with water for 20 minutes.

Mix the dough ingredients and knead.
Roll down into two discs.

Mince the onions.
Heat the 3 tbsp of oil and start cooking the onions.
Add the sugar and cook until the onions are gold and caramelised.
Mix the potato and the flour together.
Add it to the onions with the broth powder and the wasabi.
Little by little add the water and stir.
It should get a little thicker.

Blend the pine nut with the broth powder and the wasabi.

Delay one disc of dough in a pie pan.
Then delay the pine powder
Add the vegetables and the red beans on top.
Pour the thick onion sauce on top of it.
Close the pie with the second disc of dough.

Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C/ 400°F.
