1 recipe of crustpastry
4 apples finely sliced
50g of dark chocolate
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
Set aside a little ball of pastry.
Roll down the crustpastry. Place it in a pie pan.
Pick the pastry with a fork.
Place the sliced apples neatly.
In a bowl mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
Sprinkle the sugar on top of the apples.
With a knife, cut in little dices the chocolate and sprinkle it on the pie.
Roll down the rest of crustpastry and do some strips. Twist them and place them on the pie. With a knife do little diagonal marks on the edge of the crustpastry. It so pretty and it doesn’t ask much effort.
Bake the pie for forty minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C/350°F.
