Vegetarian, Bento, Cuisine, Recipes, Zoé

(for 4 to 6 nice guests)
1 shortcrust pastry
4 apples
1 cup of sugar (cane is the best)
1 cup of flour
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of margarine
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of salt

Peel the apples, unseed them and slice them really finely.
In a bowl toss the apples, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Delay the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan.
Nicely set the apples.
In a bowl combine the oats, the flour, the margarine cut in little pieces, the nutmeg, the sugar, the cinnamon, the salt and work with your finger tips until you get a crumby mixture.
Sprinkle the topping on the apples.
Cover with a foil and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
Let it cool a little on some wire racks and serve.
