1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of miso powder
8 tbsp of gluten flour
200g of smoked tofu
1 cm of fresh ginger
3 stalks o a green onion
1/2 red onion
1 green lemon
Mince the fresh ginger, the onions and the tofu.
Juice the lemon.
Mix together all the ingredients.
Form 12 balls out of the batter.
Steam them for 1/2 hour. Turn them over the balls and steam for 1/2 hour more.
Serve or reheat in a frying pan with a little oil.
Comment: for those who are using natural tofu, the smoked taste can be obtained replacing the water by some Lapsong Souchong tea brew. (Thank you Mamapasta for the tip!)
