Quick marinated prune


8 dried prunes
1 cup of vinegar
2 tbsp of soya sauce

Heat the vinegar and the soya sauce.
Add the dried prunes.
Let them sit for at least a hour.
Cut in slices.
Serve as sushi stuffing or in onigris.
