Courgette spaghetti ingredients:
1/2 tsp of salt
Sunflower sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup of sunflower
1/8 tsp of miso
1/2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of nut oil
2 dates pitted
1 garlic cloves
Grate the courgette.
Let it se for one hour with the salt.
In the meanwhile blend the sauce ingredients until you get a thick nutty sauce.
Wash the courgette spaghetti under cold mineral water.
Dry with kitchen paper.
Mix the courgette spaghetti with the sauce.
