Iced tea

1l of pure mineral water
2 tsp of high quality tea (here a Darjeeling with flowery taste)
4 tbsp of agave syrup/ 6 pices of brown sugar

In a bottle pour the water and add the tea and the sugary syrup.
Let it set for 8 hours in the fridge.
Filter the tea and serve.

Cold infusion and closed tea pots avoid the bitterly taste one can have with hot infusion. Indeed, with the hot infusion, one has to be careful to stop at the right time the infusion and then one looses the flowery taste of tea with this method.
