Onion and curcuma risotto

1 cup of round rice or risotto rice
2 cups of water
1 tsp of curcuma
1 onion freshly minced
1 tsp of oil
salt, pepper.

In a pan, heat the oil, the onion and the spices.`
When the onion are transparent, add the rice and lower the heat.
Stir the rice and cook unitl it becaomes a little transparent (1 min).
Pour in the water and increase the heat.
Cook until the water starts boiling.
Cover and lower the heat and cook until the water is absorbed.
Serve and enjoy!
