(for two little cheeky monkeys)
4 large boczniak mushrooms
bulka tarta (finely blended bread crumbs made out from polish bread bulka)
1 tbsp of vegetable stock powder
1/2 cup of oil
Wash the mushooms under cold running water.
Gently delay them on a plate and sprinkle with the vegetable stock powder and the salt.
Let it sit for ten minutes. The water should come out of the mushrooms.
Beat the egg and delay it in a plate.
Delay the bulka tarta in a plate.
Plunge each mushroom in the egg and then in the bulka tarta to bread it.
In a frying pan, heat the oil (it should just cover the bottom of the pan in a fine layer).
Cook both sides of the mushrooms to golden them.
Put aside on some kitchen paper to absorb the excess of oil.
Serve and enjoy!
