Red lentils and sesame balls


(for 2 little monsters)
Lentil base
1 cup of red or corail lentils
2 cups of water
2 tsp of stock powder
1 tsp of curry
1/2 tsp of chili pepper powder

Thickener
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
2 tbsp of oats
1 tsp of curry
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 slice of brown bread chopped
1/4 leek minced

Topping
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Oil to fry
1 cup of olive oil

Cook together the lentils base ingredients over low heat until the water is absorbed (this should take 20 min).
In the meanwhile mince the leek and cook it in a frying pan with & tbsp of oil.
Blend the cooked lentil mix.
Mix it with the thickenner ingredients.
From some balls out of the mixture.
Roll them in the sesame seeds.
Cook them in a hot deep frying pan with the olive oil.
Dry them a little in towel paper to take out some oil.
Enjoy!
