2 cups of flour
1/2 cup dark chocolate powder (unsweetened)
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of margarine
2 cups of water
1 tsp of rising powder
1 tsp of baking soda
Peel and blend the banana.
Melt over low heat the chopped margarine.
In a bowl add respectively the flour, chocolate, the sugar, the melted margarine, the banana. Then little by little add the water and at the end add the baking and rising powder.
Pour the mixture into muffin cases and bake in a preheaten oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 min.
Allow them to cool down and then let them dry on wire racks for a while.
