Bring half of liter of water to boil. Put the quail eggs in the water and let them cook for 3 min. Plunge the egg in cold water and peel the eggs.
Chop into cubes the bread. Mix together the white bread, the water and the pesto verde.
Put around each egg some of the bread mix.
Then roll them into the dried okara.
Bake the four balls for 30 min in a preheaten oven at 180°C/360°F.
