Spicy merguez vegan sausage


6 tbsp of wheat gluten flour
8 tbsp of water
2 tbsp of soya sauce
1 tsp od chilli pepper paste
2 tsp of chilli pepper powder
1 tsp of paprika

Mix the ingredients together. Knead.
Form into four sausages.
Wrap in a cloth or in foil.
Steam cook them for 40 min.
Then cook then in a frying pan with one cup of oil. (Giving the greasy taste of the sausage).
Serve.
