Sesame biscuits


(to eat in the day they are baked)
1 cup of flour
1 cup of coco flakes
1 1/4 cup of soya milk
1/2 cup of sesame
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 cup of oats

Mix the ingredients together.
With a spoon delay a little among of dough on an oven tray. Flatten it with the back of the spoon.
Cook the cookies at 180°C/360°F for ten minutes. Turn them over and bake for ten more minutes.
Serve.
