2 slices of seitan ham cut into four thin rectangles
1/2 cup of dried okara or breadcrumbs
1 tsp of hot chili pepper
2 tsp of miso powder
Egg replacer for breading:
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tsp of potato starch
1/4 cup of water
Mix the egg replacer ingredients and delay it in a plate.
Mix the breading ingredients and place in another plate.
Heat a frying pan with one tsp of oil over medium heat.
Take each piece of seitan, dunk each side in the egg replacer mix and then dunk each side in the breading mix.
Cook both side in the fryig pan for three minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
