12 slices of bread (French baguette)
1 leek (white part only)
grated cheese (Gruyère)
Slice the leek.
Mince the onion.
In a deep oiled frying pan, roast the leek and the onion until transparent but not yet gold.
On each slice of bread delay some of the veggies and top with the grated cheese.
Melt the cheese in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes.
Serve and eat without cutlery.
