Vegan sweet crust pastry


3/4 cup of soya milk
1/2 cup of olive oil
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar

Mix the ingredients together. Knead to obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough which can be lowered with a rolling pin.

Comment: use for sugary tarts.
