Soya cotelette

(1 portion or 4 little medals form for bentos)
1/2 cup of soya mix with chosen spices
4 tbsp of water.

Mix together. Form one soya cotelette or four little medals with your thumb and finger.

In a hot frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil, cook the soya cotelette each side.
