Soya cotelette mix


(4 cotelettes/16 mini bento size soya cotelette)
2 cup of dried okara blended finely
1/2 cup of potato starch
1/2 cup of soya flour
1 tsp of stock cube blended
salt, pepper

Spices for 1/2 cup of soya cotelette mix

Spicy (hot):
1/2 tsp of chilli pepper paste
1 tsp of paprika.

Meditarean:
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp of basil
1 tsp of marjoram

Spicy chicken spices
2 tsp of chicken spices
Comment: for these, the soya cotelette mix MUSTN’T have salt as this mix is already spicy.
