Cabbage and yoghurt salad


1 cup of sliced white raw cabbage
1/2 cup of yoghurt (can be soya)
salt, pepper.

Mix.

Comment:
Easy, tasty, what more? Cabbage is one of the vegs which keep longer than lettuce in your fridge. So a good item for the end of the week!
