Vegan coco chocolate mousse

(2 greedy persons in the early morning)
1 cup of coco milk
1 cup of water
100g of chocolate
2g of agar-agar

Melt the chocolate in bain-marie.
Mix the coco milk and the water, bring to boiling point.
Add the agar-agar and whisk.
Add the melted chocolate and delay in a bowl.
Let it set for 30 min at least.
Whisk before serving.
