Lentils and coral lentils quick and healthy salad


(4 portions)
1/2 cup of lentils
1/2 of coral lentils (red lentils)
2 tbsp of black soya sauce
1 1/2 cups of water

Put all the ingredients together in a pan.
Cook over high heat until bowling point.
Let it simmer then under cover at low heat for 15 min.
Sieve.
Let it aside to cool a little.

Comment: good bento item, gorgeous even when cold.
