Cabbage and yoghurt salad

(2 portions=3 bento portions)
1 cup of sliced white raw cabbage
1/2 cup of yoghurt (soya or not)
1 tbsp of mayonnaise (optional)
salt, pepper.

Mix.

Comment: Easy, tasty, what more? Cabbage is one of the vegs which keep longer than lettuce in your fridge. So a good item for the end of the week!
