Homemade pita bread

1/2 cup of warm water
3 cup of all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup of luke warm water
1 tsp of yeast

Delay the yeast in the 1/2 cup of water and let it aside for 15 min.
Mix the flour, the salt the sugar. Add the lukewarm water and the water and yeast mix;
Knead the dough for ten min.
Let it rise for 1h in a bowl under a cloth or until the dough has risen of twice it’s size.
Knead the dough and form ten balls.
Let the balls rise under a cloth for 20 min.
Bake in a preheaten oven at 180°C/350°F for seven minutes.
Turn over the pita and cook for five more minutes.
Let them cool down on wire racks.
