Pizza dough


(2 portions)
3 cups of flour
1 tsp of yeast
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of water lukewarm
salt

Mix the ingredients together.
Knead the dough for ten min.
Set aside in a bowl cover with a cloth to let it rise for at least 30 min.
