1/2 cup of tofu (just press the silken tofu for half an hour is enough)
1/4 red onion minced
1 tbsp of flour
2 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of sugar
3 tbsp of water
1/2 potato starch
Crush the tofu, add the flour, the salt, pepper and the onion.
Fill half way a pan with water and bring it to boil.
With a tsp drop the tofu mix into the boiling water.
Simmer until they rise.
Sieve and keep aside.
In a frying pan, heat the soy sauce, the vinegar, the water until boiling point.
Add the dumplings, cook for 2 min.
Take them out and keep aside.
Dissolve the potato starch with one extra tsp of water.
Add it to the sauce and mix a lot to have a thick homogeneous sauce.
Add the dumplings and coat them with the sauce.
