1 cup of seitan
4 tbsp of potato starch
6 tbsp of water
1 tsp of miso
Cut the seitan in bite size pieces.
Prepare the dough mix: mix the miso, the potato starch and the water. Mix.
Preheat a frying pan with 2 cm/1 inch of oil in it.
When the oil is hot, coat the seitan with the paste by dipping them in it.
Cook the seitan in oil, each sides until brown.
Let them cool.
