2 leaves of red cabbage
2 tsp of raising powder
2 tsp of stock cube
1 cup of rice
1 1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of oil
Slice the cabbage and the onion.
Blend the cabbage and the onion.
In a large saucepan heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the blended cabbage cook for 30s.
Stir and add the raising powder, stir again. You should obtain a really nice deep blue colour.
Cook for 30s to 1 min.
Add the rice, stir, and heat for 1min.
Add the water and bring to boiling point.
Reduce the heat and cover.
Cook until the water is absorb.
