1 cup flour
1 cup of yoghurt/ silken tofu
10g of chocolate powder (black unsweetened)
50g of black chocolate cut into pieces
5 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of oats
Mix the ingredients together.
Knead to make it into a ball.
Prepare six cupcake cases, fill them one quater hight with the mix and press firmly.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 min at 150°C/300°F.
Set aside to cool, un-mould and allow them to dry on wire racks for 20 minutes.
Store in a air tight box.
