2 garlic cloves
1 tsp of chilli pepper paste
1 tsp of thyme
1 tsp of oregano
Cut the aubergine lengthwise.
Slice the garlic cloves.
With a knife do some cuts in the aubergine.
In these cuts, fit some garlic slices, chilli pepper paste, and spices.
Wrap with baking paper and then foil.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 160°C/320°F.
Allow to cool, take out the garlic slices and with a spoon collect the aubergine’s flesh.
Comment: use as a dip with fresh veggies or as a spread for sandwiches.
