Omelette flavoured with miso


(2 portions)
2 eggs
2 tsp of miso
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp of oil

Mix the ingredients except the oil.
Heat a pan with oil.
When the pan is really hot, pour in the mix and cook one side until the top is quite dry.
Serve as a topping of plain rice.
