Carrot and radish pickle


(2 portions)
1 carrot
1/2 radish
1 tsp of salt
5 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of sugar

Grate the carrot and the radish really finely.
Sprinkle with salt and let stand. Knead gently and squeeze a bit the liquid.
Combine the vinegar and the sugar and stir in the vegetables.
Let stand for 20 minutes to develop the flavours.
