(12 pancakes)
1/2l of milk
1 egg
3 1/2 cups flour

Mix the beaten egg and the milk.
Add the flour. Mix to obtain a homogeneous mix.
In a hot oiled frying pan, pour the pancake mix.
With a circular gesture of the hand, incline the pan to allow the pancake mix to fill the bottom of your pan.
Cook for one to two minutes.
Turn over and cook the over side for 30s to one minute.
