3/4 cup of quinoa
1 raw beetroot grated
1/2 vegetarian stock cube
2 cup of water
1 tbsp of soya sauce
1/2 tsp of chilli pepper paste
2 cup of flour
1 tbsp of olive oil
Chilli pepper powder
Cook under cover the beetroot, the quinoa, the soya sauce, the stock cube and the water for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Set aside still covered and let is set for five more minutes so that all the water can be absorbed.
Let it cool.
Add the beaten egg and progressively add the flour.
In a hot frying pan, heat some oil.
With two spoons, form some patties and gently delay in the frying pan and cook the patties both sides.
Sprinkle with chilli pepper powder.
