(4 patties= 2 to 4 servings)
1/4 tsp of chilli pepper paste
2 tsp of potato starch
1 tsp of tapioca
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of flour.
Peel and grate the potato and the kohlrabi.
Add the potato starch and the tapioca to the water and stir until homogeneous.
Add it to the grated vegetables with the chilli pepper paste.
Little by little stir in the flour.
With a patty maker shape out 4 patties.
In a preheated oiled frying pan cook for two minutes both sides.
This will give the patty a bit more consistency to the patty.
Then cook it for 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C/360°F.
Serve cold or cold.
